Hello, I just received the Notice of Action 1 from the petition I-130, How long do you estimate for me to receive any other correspondence from Immigration. I am petitioning my husband, he is in Nicaragua. I went online to the USCIS website and entered the number that was given in the letter and nothing shows up. Can anyone share their experiences of how long did it take from NOA1 to the next step?

Hello everyone I sent my I-130 on January 16th, I still have not received anything, they have not cashed the check. If the application goes to the California Center, How long until I receive a letter? and When will the 6 months for approval start? I got married on November 15, 2008 in Nicaragua and my husband is still there.

I am filing joint taxes and yes you will need a W7 which he has to sign also send him the tax return so he sign it as well, then when you have everything send it to the address on W-7 form there is a special center to process those returns you will then get your number within a month or so. Hello, I am getting so anxious about waiting my firs NOA, I sent the I-130 in January 16,2009 and I haven't hear anything. I am in San Francisco California. Can anyone shed some light?
