The consular officer asked about my fiancee's 134 + our sponsor's and the tax returns of 2009 the problem is that in 2009 our sponsor had no dependents but now she does(2 grandchilds), does she have to put on the 134 that she has 2 dependents even if the 2009 tax returns has no dependents ? they also asked about the household's 134. it seems complicated but I need to take these documents as soon as possible.

( they only asked about 2009 tax returns and the I-134 from my fiancee, the sponsor, and the household.)

the post offices have been on strike up until today so my fiance has not gotten package 3 yet. he went to the post office to try to get it and they needed to know if packet 3 was stamped or if it was a recommendation...does anyone know?

It's not recomendation but it's like the public administrations stamp, you will get it no worries!

I think you have to go visit him again if you can, it will help you so much to get the visa inchallah.
