It's easier and faster to process in Kuwait if she's your wife already, but since she's fiancee, better to process her K1 in Philippines. If her contract in Kuwait is finish, she doesn't need Police Clearance from Kuwait, only Police Certificates from places she live in Philippines and had live for more than 6 months and NBI clearances in all names she uses. I had a friend who process her Fiancee visa in kuwait and was denied twice.

hey thanks a lot, but I think it's more expensive to get back to Philippines and have my interview, plus the expenses I have to pay for board and lodging in Manila, since I don't have my residence near the embassy, So I might just get the AOS that you said. That's the adjustment right? and t says in site that we can file the I-765 and maybe i'll be granted permanent residence as me and my husband almost reach 2 years. But thanks again

I enter states on K3 visa from Philippines, I am ready to leave Manila when I got the information that I have my Immigrant visa interview set for February 18, 2009. We process both almost the same times, paid the fees and I was interviewed and granted a K3. So I entered states with my K3. Anybody can tell me what happen next? And we fax the embassy and we cancel my schedule interview there. We talk to embassy visa unit and they tell me, I can have options to use both visa. But now I'm here in the states, could I just apply for adjustments? Please anyone tell me.
