I dont think lawyer can fix their mistake, uscis needs to fix mistakes and there is a line again to wait, i,m not alone there

Well just got the text that card has been deliverd but my hubby is out of town and has the mailbox key lol!!! I just want to hold it and be over with it!!! I know everyone will get their approvals soon. ????????????????

Happy for everyone getting approved but i cant believe vermont is soooo slow! Lucky we got CSC!! Our i-485 literally took 4 months. Cant wait to become a citizen!!

Omg seriously??? Carmelo ???. We got the welcome letter in the mail today its all happening so fast now!!

Just got the text that my case was updated.... Checked and said card has been mailed!!! So glad this is almost over!!

Has anyone that gotten approved got their card yet? I can't remember how long it took for the 2 year one! We are anxious to get it???

Another California September filler from tractit.com posted that has been approved today. I am so happy for all of you guys but at the same time I am amazed that CSC is so ahead of the game with ROC processing and still approves people even on Saturdays. On the other side Vermont is not moving. It looks like the faster service center works even on Saturdays while the other one is not moving at all.

And late Saturday california time would be 6pm.. Unless its an automated service. All i know is dont worry your time will come. Whats crazy is my hubby and i were talking about it this morning and i told him about september board stats and how i thought it would be mid may... And nope that text surprised us! Been following this board for a while just wanted to let everyone we just got approved today!! Got a text at 8:06 pm central time, we filed october 4 CSC. It says april 16 we ordered your new card!! Woohooo!!!

Hi, I'm new to this site and I have a couple questions. First of all my boyfriend is here on a tourist visa...we didn't have it in our minds to get married but i don't want us to be apart anymore..its been 2 1/2 years and after having his baby I just want us three to be together!!

soo....his visa expires in april, but can i start filing the k-1 visa with him here in the states?? is there a way to do this, i mean he is here legally and i'm not using his tourist visa to get married...i'm applying for the k-1 to do it right? anyone in the same situation. Also, once i send off the packet, do they tell me something? how will he know where to go for his intervieew??
