Well that mail delivery IS NOA1. It should have your case number of it as well. Don't worry that you still haven't been approved yet, you only sent your stuff about a month ago, it took us 110 days before we were approved. You should check processing times on the USCIS website. Is your petition at the california service center or the vermont service center?

I was just looking at the updated processing times for K1,K3, and CR1 visas and it's less than what it was when I filed... back then it was 6 months, now it's 5 months!!!! So hopefully you'll get your stuff done with SOON!!!! Omidvaram!
