If applying online, right before starting I-130 application it is stated:

Documents you may need

The following is a list of documents everyone filing this form must provide:

2x2 passport photograph
Birth certificate (with English translation, if needed)
Proof of citizenship or lawful resident status
Proof of family relationship

We will automatically inform you which documents and additional evidence you may need to provide as you fill out your application. These recommendations for additional information will be based on the information you provide in the application, such as your personal history, family, and circumstances.

I assume it is beneficiary's photo that is required.

On the other hand, I-130 pdf paper form instructions does not list photograph as required.

For those who applied online, did you scan and included 2x2 passport photograph?

While unmarried adult (21+) child is visiting US citizen parents in US, is it possible to petition concurrently I-130, I-485, I-131 (AP) and I-765 (EAD)?

The child did not enter USA with intention to immigrate.

Passport application with normal processing fee was sent on 06/21/10. Then an emergency came, I called Philadelphia Passport Agency on 07/01/10, paid over the phone with credit card $74.96 ($60 expedited fee and $14.96 postage). On 07/02/10 they called back saying the cc # has too many zeros, I read back the numbers, they've got it right this time, no typo :thumbs:

Found on 07/03/10 in my mail box the USPS Express envelope containing passport and naturalization certificate. No signature required for envelope delivery so the courier just dropped it in my mail box.

I am very impressed how they handled my expedited application; basically I called Thursday morning at 9 am and Saturday at noon I had my passport and naturalization certificate in my hand. I checked Friday evening application status on-line, it said the passport was processed and sent to my address, maybe it was already in my mailbox :lol: , on the envelope it was printed "Guaranteed by the end of the day".

Today I paid $75 to have my passport expedited after it was submitted for normal processing. Can anybody change this to "normal then expedited" in the list? For some reason I cannot do it by replying to the latest message posted by claudio.
