    Also, not to be rude but you are asking the same question over and over again on the VJ forums, I really think the best person to contact right now is a few other immigration attorney's and see if you can find one that has experienced this in the past. Good luck!

    I just received my wife's AP and it says that if she left the country before receiving then her case will probably be cancelled (in not so direct words). So I think there is a problem. I have said it before in the forums and others have too, she should not have left and you were given in correct legal advice. I suggest you contact another attorney and ask them.
