  Hey Marco... Sorry it took so long to reply to your question. Missuzu got both of her "Police Letters" through the internet. You can get the one from the Federal Police for sure, and depending on which state she lives in, you may be able to the the State Police Letter online also. Also rememebr that she will need a Police Letter from every state she has lived in. Hope that helps.

  Congratulations... Why did it take so long? In my case (we waited 7 months for our NOA2), it was because the USCIS put all petitions with Puerto Rican birth certificates on hold for a few months.
