I recently moved and changed my address on the USCIS site, my husband received a letter stating that they received his change of address but I didn't receive anything in regards to it. Is there anything else I have to do in order to notify them of my change in address or do I just wait??

y husband and I filed for the I-130 and I-485 together but during that we forgot to file the affidavit of support form 864A. They sent us a request to file it and we did so, but now we are not sure what to expect. Will this effect anything and will it delay approval?

We just mailed out our I-130 and I-485 packages, how do I know what my case number is so that I can keep track of it? Do I just have to wait until they mail us something or do we have to do something?

when filling out the information about my relative if she is here a living with me now should I put the address where we live now in Part C or put her foreign address?

Hello, when I filled mine out I put the office that is closest to me, which is were we will go to have our interview so I am guessing that you should put NYC.

I had my mother fill out the I-864 Affidavit of Support form for my wife because she makes alot more money then I do and I wanted to eliminate any chance of denial. In part on of the I864 what box should my Mother check:

A. I am the petitioner.

D. I am the only joint sponsor.

-or-

E. I am the first or secind of two joint sponsors.

Is it okay that I mail the I-130 out in the same envelop as the I-485 or should I send them separately?

I just need to know if I should staple the I-485 pages together or leave them unattached.

IN THE ADDRESS SECTION IN PART ONE IT ASKS FOR THE ADDRESS C/O, DOES ANY ONE KNOW WHAT THE C/O MEANS AND SHOULD I PUT MY ADDRESS HERE IN AMERICA OR MY ADDRESS BACK IN RUSSIA?

On the I-485 AOS form it asks for the non immigrant visa number does anyone know where this number would be located on the visa? It also asks for the I-94 number where would this number be on the I-94? Thanks

Yes, it's better to file the I-130 and I-485 at the same time in the same envelop!

I have not filled everything out yet I am still trying to figure out the process of what I have to do, I have been really confused about it all. Yet, from what I have been reading on the forums if I understand this right I can just fill everything out and mail everything together, I can do that?? I am a Russian women who married an American man. I came here on a tourist visa and we decided to get married on 01/27/2009. Now we are not sure what the next step is for myself to become an American citizen. What forms should him an I fill out and in what order? And do we need to go to the social security office and change my last name? Also when I fill out whatever forms i need to do I put his last name down since we are married or continue using my last name. Please help us!!
