On the G325A form where it asked to state "All other names used" for my husband in Mexico they use the mom's last name and dad's would I put his mom's last name on there as well and if when he was arrested here in the U.S. he has another name on there as well. So, do I use I use both of the names?

I'm trying to get everything ready for the NVC process inn advance and it says I will need Deportation documents, since my husband was deported, I went to FOIA but it says I need to be authorized to get the personal record, how on earth do I get these records??

Also, does it make a difference to use the shortcuts anymore?

I'm sorry but i don't undertsand what do you mean "if they were legal", maybe I'm making it more complicating than it really is but i just need it in plain wording please I'm a little overwhelmed and just want to make sure that I fill these forms out right without any RFE or withold any information if i should put it or not.

Ok so if my husband in the past worked at this welding place but they paid him in cash and they didn't ask for his papers or anything should I even bother listing that? Also, one job he worked with a fake name and everything, I'm not going to bother putting that. I think he worked at a car wash place too but he was 16 I believe include that? One more, In mexico he worked at a plant for a month and now he's at another job as a contract welder started on the 26th of January do i include those?

For the I-130 where it asked to list children of the beneficiary where it says "relationship" is it asking for the husband or wife or for the husband or wife? Ex: For the husband/wife: Husband... and to the husband/wife: daughter or son...

I am filling out the G325A form for myself and where it says applicant I don't fill in that information on my form right just my husbands?

Also, if i lived at my address all my life, I can just put 1985-present correct?

Oh sorry from the U.S. Ok so I just wait until I get the NOA2? So, all the instructions will come with it to tell me what to do next right? I'm so confused reading everythig about barcodes, fee bill, ds-3032, attachments...I just want to know what I will need so i can start gathering it now so when it comes time to send off the forms I won't be going crazy and I'll have everything on hand so I can just send it off!

So, it's only police certificates from Mexico?

I still need to obtain the court and prison records from here though right?

So, right now i should be getting the court records, he needs to get his passport, affidavits, pictures, passport photos, marrigae license (original with translations), and his original birth certificate with translations before the NVC gets the petition??

For the DS-230 form, It says I will need to provide police reports, court and prison records, can i get that at any court within my county? Deportation records?? Is that from the FOIA???

Someone told me about a Pardon or asking for forgiveness, no one has mentioned that on here, do they ask for that during the visa part? If so, how do you obtain it, how much does it cost, and is it sent through mail or do I have to write a report or something?

On the DS-230 it asked to list employment for the past ten years, how about if there isn't any within that time?

For the 2 waivers i have to do, do i write a HSL latter for both or does that count as being together?

I know that there's suppose to be no gaps between employment history and residency for the past five years but how about if you lived in the same place all your life? Do I leave the rest of the lines blank or break it down 5 years from now? The same for employment if i only worked at 3 or 4 places, I just list the ones I have and the rest of the blanks put unemployment?

Another question aside from the G325A, my husband got his passport photo in mexico at the Passport place there but it's too small! It's 1 inch by 1!! Is there another way to get him the right size if he's not here in the U.S.? Only one passport photo is needed for the I-130 petition correct?

I was hoping someone can come along and help me with these quesitons on the I-130 and G325A please. I consulted with an attorney already and was told i can help my husband. Right now i do not have money so i was hoping to file this petition without an attorney and hire an attorney for the NVC part.

On the I-130:

Q:Date authorized stay expired, or will expire as shown on form I-94 or I-95- Do I put without inspection?

Q-18: Address in the United States where your relative intends to live. Do I put his address where he was living because i live with my parents because we just got married now?

Q-21- If filing for your husband/wife, give last address at which you lived together. We never lived together do i just put his address? Could i just put his address for mmy address too?

Applicants last address outside the United States of more than one year. Do I put the address he's at now? He hasn't lived there for a year.

This form is submitted in connection with an application for: Do I put status as permanent Resident or other and put I-130?
