Hang in there guys - the next touch I had on my case after the biometrics was my approval!
You'll get yours soon!
Thanks, Leibi
-
still nothing here, no touches since biometrics....hopefully something soon!!
Me too, we are on the same boat now
-
congrats
glad to see 05/09/09 got approved. hope they can move on to later submit date now
-
Did you submit any joint mortgage or lease?
Before we all get scared that enemy can lie to our adjudicators to make our process difficult, let's think about the logical reasons: maybe the adjudicator is not satisfied by your proof?
BTW, how could a enemy get your A#, processing center, or talk to your adjudicator while we cannot communication with our adjudicator without a RFE or so letter from them.

Congrats, Leibi
thanks for adding me to the time line, I don't remember my noa1 date, so I just put a ? there

The number works with all extensions (depence request). I know it is weard. We subbnit join tax, bills, pictures etc. Thank for help. -
Congratulations !!!
I remember it took a long time to get your bio notice. It seems like bio time does not affect card production time
-
Congrats!
Hi guys,i am a May filer and i just got my card production ordered email! Just wanted to share my timeline:
May 1 st - Package mailed to CSC
May 4th - NOA date

June 20th - biometrics notice received
July 2nd - biometrics
July 29th - card production ordered email received

-
Big Congrats!
This is really fast. You are very lucky. Even people submitted in early May have not heard much
Hiya guys. I just got card production ordered email this morning. We sent off hubby's forms 5/22, got NOA1 dated 5/26, and had biometrics on 7/1. Once we could access online case status, it always said they received the application on 6/3. Not sure what accounts for that. Anyway, yay. That's 66 days from package sent to card production ordered. We've been incredibly lucky with our USCIS processing times. -
we have 3 people approved already, their filing dates are
04/28/2009
5/1/09
5/7/09
congrats!
Waiting for more May filers to bump in with good news

I have made the similar mistake, but I just missed one line.
I was hoping they would return my package and ask me to correct it but they did not.
so I am not sure what do to. I guess I need to wait for them to send me something ....
I filed my I-751 in March and had the biometrics done in May. I was looking over the I-751 that I had filled out and realized that I did not put my spouse's (through whom I came to the US) SSN, DOB and the A# on the form. Should I call USCIS and update the form or should I send in a new form. Any advise would be helpful. Freaking out here. -
you did a great job in assembling
-
To Silke, I just received my bio letter , the receipt number didn't work for my cast status online either. I will try again after a couple of weeks
-
There are lots of morons working at the DMV. They usually treats us with no respects. Long long ago, when I can get a DL with my student visa, the guy worked at the DMV typed my name in a wrong way, I pointed it out , he was mad and said he was right. It caused me millions of troubles later.
I was at DMV this morning, and they would not accept my NOA as proof of extension. They said I needed the biometrics letter and that this was only a "receipt"However the first line states " your conditional resident status is extended for a period of one year. During this extension, etc. etc. etc"
I know there's no point pushing the point if they've made up their mind, should I just go to another DMV or were they correct?
Thanks guys.
-
maybe they have not put it in the system yet. it may take them several weeks to put it in.
BTW, Thanks for the info.
I did use the application number on my biometrics notice to check my status online but it doesn't work... -
AJ & JJ, when did you get your first NOA notice?
Hi,also had similar timeline, we just got the letter today dated 6/16/09 for a 6/30 appointment.
We had called the 1-800 # on the first NOA notice and they told us it is taking 30-60 days for
appointments to be sent.
Wishing you the best.
AJ & JJ

The last line on NOA1 says, only the number on ASC(bio) letter can be used to check status online, which is different than the WAC number on NOA1.
So it really sucks that there is no bio letter for us.
We should keep each other updated about the bio letter.
Please bump in this thread if you are Apr. /May CSC filer and you just got the biometrics appointment letter
Hello Folks ,First of all, I wish you all good luck with your immigration process. Now to my question, I filed my I751 application on May 15th and the application was received on May 18th at CSC. I received the NOA (processed May 18th) on May 24th. When should I receive my notice for Biometrics. It has been a month since I applied, so I am a little concerned about not receiving the biometrics appointment letter yet.
Please advise if my concerns are normal.
Maan
Same time, received NOA1 on May, 21, and no biometric yet. Also my WAC-number is not working, as it says it's not a valid number?
I encountered the same problem when I wanted to check my status online ...
-
This is so weired, none of the May CSC filers got any bio notice but the Jun filer already had one
-
I'm still waiting for my biometrics notice as well (CSC received my application 49 days ago!!)...I called the National Customer Service Center ( 1-800-375-5283 ) last Friday and put in a service request. I also scheduled an infopass appointment for this coming Monday...
Good luck!
49 days!!! Something is going on with them. Are they upgrading their fingerprint machine together with the card production machine?
-
it works. It seems like they want you to wait for another 2 months for the real card
getting ready to file

Congrats
Now I need to worry that CSC lost my applications somewhere since everyone else got approved....
