    Dear all,

    I am very happy we finally got our NOA2 today!!!

    It´s a great feeling !!! :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

    I don´t really post a lot here. But when I got the Approval notice today I decided to come here to post because I know how great we feel when we are waiting for an aproval and we see people being aproved. Specially in Vermont!!

    I want to wish you all good luck and patience.

    I know it is not easy to wait... (believe me, I waited almost 5 months for NOA2) But I am sure you are going to get yours soon!!

    It's finally here! I'm still incredibly anxious, but I think we've done everything right. I have a letter from my employer saying I make enough to qualify (which has always been our cause for concern), my new job's finally picking up and my fiance and I officially have a stable place to live! It's all very exciting and absolutely driving me nuts :blink:

    Anyways I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone on this wonderful website that has helped us out over the past year or so. This place is a God send. Thank you so so so so much!!! Wish us luck ^_^ If his visa is issued Max will be here on March 16th and we'll be married April 13th! I'm so happy this is all coming to a close and we'll finally be together again :luv: You guys are awesome!

    Oi carol !!! td bem ? entao meu marido ... minha sogra eu mesmo ja ligamos varias vezes ........ e ja tentamos ligar no USCIS mas todos os tels nao funcionam ....... é uma loucura .... serio ?

    Mas vc ach q tera algum problema se reenviarmos novamenete ? pq ate agora nao recebemos nenhuma notificação seja para dar uma resposta positiva ou negativa .......

    Aiiii amiga é duroooo mas vamos tentar enviar na segunda o q vc acha?

    Nossa eu imagino que angustia que tudo isso deve dar!!

    Então, foi o advogado ou vocês que preencheram os papéis?

    Pq se foi ele e vocês tem a cópia de tudo... creio que não haverá problema se vcs reenviarem os papéis. O que vc poderia fazer é escrever tipo uma cartinha e colocar na frente de toda a papelada e contar o que aconteceu, que vcs confiaram em um advogado para ajudálos mas ele não deu notícias não retornou as ligações... E que por isso vcs decidiram reenviar tudo.

    ps: A única coisa que eu fico meio assim, é se eles já receberam seus papeis e qdo esse chegar eles começarem do zero. Mas tb qualquer coisa vc poe na cartinha para o USCIS que se eles já tiverem os papéis e já deram entrada no seu processo, que eles não precisam se preocupar com esse novo . Ahhhh e pede tb para eles por favor te mandarem o seu case number (para vc poder acompanhar pelo USCIS site).. Poe seu email nessa cartinha!!!!!

    Hi there!! ps: I believe you speak portuguese like me, but I ll write in english just in case. ;-)

    I am so sorry to hear that!

    Why dont you try to talk to him in person? (like go to his office)

    He has to tell you what he did with your papers, This is not fair.

    If for some reason you cant find him, I think u should try to call the USCIS, and explain whats going on , give them your names, and ask if they got your papers or you have to send it again.

    I hope they got it already, if they dont thats fine, just send it again!!
