Hi Tiffany, you are probably in AP Administrative Processing, and ours took about a month than we got the call to come with our passport and pick up the visa. The one thing we found out a few months after getting the visa is they went to my fertility dr in Rabat and asked if i went there and what was i going there for. We were in shocked they went there to check we were really doing fertility

He will need another medical unopened, and both background checks also translated, and my affidavit of support forms and our joint sponsors affidavit of suupport forms. They will give your husband a letter after the second interview to turn in

The next thing you know, they were calling my husband for his second interview, so i dont know if sending the email helped or not? Not sure. We also had one box of proof lost in the mail but when my husband came out from his second interview he had the lost box with him as well as the new one and the first one, he came out with three boxes of proof.

Hi Masbali, im so sorry i never saw your questions until today. After you get reaffirmed you have to wait for your case to go back to the embassy. It will go quickly through NVC and than off to the embassy again and they will call to set up a second interview. Our case got lost, so i had to send the email they sent me reaffirming our petition the research department at NVC

Hi Tany, nothing yet. USCIS sent me an email in February telling me they mailed our reaffirmation notice but we never received it yet. I called two weeks ago like you told me to and DOS said they had nothing yet and to keep trying them.

Hi again, thanks for the info and help. I just tried to call and wasted ten minutes of my phone for them to hang up on me and then when i called back it said our office is close. It is now 9:15pm in Morocco, so im thinking we are four hours ahead of the US but i thought we were five hours ahead but it must of changed. Your number is different then the NVC number, should i try that number also?

Hi Tany, we didnt get our interview date, i dont think it arrived at the NVC yet, but i have to call tomorrow as the automated wasnt working this weekend. Our petition was reaffirmed on February 29th, 14 days after they received our huge box of proof. What about you, did you get a date yet? And when were you reaffirmed? I pray for you, and hope to talk again soon!
