  1. Hi everyone

I'm a k-1 visa holder, I've applied for AOS I send all the documents that I must send, but they recently ask me for an I-693, I read the form but I don't understand so many things, I wonder if I can't fill it by myself or a sugeon must fill it for me?

When I went to the appointment the Embassy asked me for all that stuff, I don't know exactly what test that I did but I know that I did all the requirements.

The last time I've tested for that purpose is July 28, 2009.

    I count on you guys....

Thanks.... whitout you I'd be very difficult to me.

  5. Hi everybody

Hi felt all the emotions in this process, happyness, madness, hope, hopeless and now I get frustrated, may be I'm wrong and I'd be glad if really I'm. I sent my application on october 14 2008, I received my NOA1 on november 26 2008. since, I never had any informations about the evolution of my case or the last one that I had, the case was touched on december 1st 2008, I think the case should be out of date, I went to see my congressman on may 1st 2009, they say to me that I suppose that to have an answer in two or three weeks, until now nothing. At be begining of this week I called the USCIS, they said that my case is in the normal procees and I have to call from may 26 2009.

    My questions are

why I suppose to wait the next week to call, because obviously my case will be out of date?

Do you think that there is something wrong with my case, and they will wait six months to tell me that?

why there are a lot of cases that have been sent after my case but got approved before? (Because thet USCIS say that they process the cases in order they receive them)

If someone has an advice about my situation, I'd be very glad...

Hope for those who are waiting and congratulations for those who get approved...

    Thanks

    :crying: :crying: :crying:

  6. I'm gonna try to contact my congressman, that's impossible, the USCIS have to provide some explanations about those cases wich have more than five or six months, the things that I don't understand they say that they process the cases in order they received them, then there are a lot of people who have been approved and then they sent their application after me.

    It's really frustratind!!!! :crying:

  7. Hi everybody, I want to thank all you for your help and congratulate all of those who have received their approval and visa, now I'm in a uncomfotable situation, It will be six monts since I received my NOA1 after that I've no news for my case, I wonder if there is a problem with it. My fiance and I prepare to write a letter to VSC or the congressman but we don't know how to do it and what to say, or wich congressman to write, If someone knows something about that, It' would be very nice to receive his advice...

Please note that I'm living at brooklyn (zip code 11236)...

    Thanks

  8. I understand that and I'll wait for six months but I want to have all the informations to write them right after six months, because I'm sure my case will take over six months. The USCIS says they proceed the cases in order they've be recieved, I see a lot of people who send their application after mine but been approved. Honestly I'm very happy for those people but I feel a little prejudice against my case and my own person, and then I don't see why there is a difference between my case and the others that have been aproved.

I know that I'm not so kind, but I try to express my frustrations, it's very hard to wait (I don't know how long it will take) and ignore what happens, please don't feel concerned about my comments help me!!! coz I really need you.
