there is no problem to that, the only problem is that you dont know exactly fully of you husband hehehe... you should know him everything because they ask you everything hope you and your husband is to face to face to answer the interview to us embassy than only you coz they will ask many questions if only you will attend.

as far as i know that no need to bring the vaccination coz only at us when you arrived their will get your result from medical, in the us embassy phils. they just ask you if your done for medical exam. you can pm me ok

1. if the k1 visa is already done approved and received on hand and your partner cannot cancel your k1 visa you should do make a letter request to cancel the k1 visa and go to us embassy let them your passport to be stamp that cancel the k1 visa and they also stamp your letter request to cancel

2. if the k1 petition doesnt done the petitioner should one to make a letter to uscis that he should cancel or revoked your k1 petition.

these are the steps so that for future petition for another person cannot have a big problem you cant be fraud.

its up to you if you re file again the k1 but its better to know first your partner physically, emotionally and socially before you re file, and if you decide to cancel the k1 you should make a letter why you cancel the k1 and then go to us embassy submit the letter why you cancel and let them stamp your passport if you have already the k1 visa, if the k1 visa not yet done all the processing better to send letter to embassy to revoked or cancel the k1visa so that for future petition again for another person it will not longer a big problem to the next one. good luck you can PM me here. take care

i think its I-130f but just wait for the k3 for it will approved after the k3 approved its better you pay for 400 dollars for CR-1 because thte better processing and faster processing and you go to US you dont need to adjust status no more chichibureche na papers to file only few papers need to process youre there in US an like sss no. etc. the cr1 is automatic to be immigrant so better read some CR1 ok you can private message me goodluck..

thats her fault why she said "no" the embassy didnt believe that because the embassy has already the papers and record in the computer that she filed before a fiancee visa all you can do is call the us embassy manila that you need to cancel the visa because of some reason and ask them what your going to do. coz my situation is i do call the us embassy manila after i call i really go to us embassy and i submitted a letter request why i cancel my visa so they stamp my letter request and my fiancee visa also that cancel so now i clear already my record to the embassy hoping and praying that they will forward my letter to nvc that i cancel i still waiting for the notice from nvc that i was cleared as far as i know that in my hand i receive a stamp already cancel but not yet receive the nvc notice that i was cleared.you can private message me here goodluck godbless

based on my aunt's story, the consul back then (k-1 interview) insisted that it appears that it will fall under a fixed marriage eventhough it was not..then eventually the man loses interest on her until they didnt have any communication at all up to now..she didnt make any follow-up on that k-1 application since then..

when she married a US citizen around 6yrs ago (im not sure if it's 5 or 6 yrs ago), and the application for spouse visa came out, she didn't have in mind that the previous application would affect the present visa application..is this really the cause of her not getting the visa yet or any possible reasons? and what should we do? knowing that during her interview for the present spouse visa application, the consul asked her if she got any fiancee visa before, then she said NO.

If your girl is at the bottom of the Philippines, does that mean she has to go to Manila for the medical exam and then back up Manila for the interview and then Back up to Manila to pick up the visa and package?

Hello everyone. I have a number of questions regarding the US Consulate's (Manila) requirements for K1 visa applicants. I have already accomplished every paperwork needed to be presented by the way. I only have to fill in the DS forms and go in at SLMCEC for the medical examinations. Oblige me please to enumerate my inquiries. I have already paid for the visa application fee already last May. I know this has a one year validity.

1. How long is the validity of the CENOMAR? - expires in 6 mos. from date of issue

2. Do I need to have all my documents verified? (on matters regarding documents verification)- embassy will be the one to verify your documents, I think they will ask for a verification fee amounting to Php 650.00

3. I had taken the liberty to notarize all my documents to be presented for the Consular Interview. Is this acceptable? - that I am not sure

4. I do have a 10 year B1/B2 visa yet never traveled to New York on the purpose to meet Greg over the last year since we knew each other (May 2008). Will this pose a "red flag"? Greg came to visit within the year we met prior our submission of the I-129F however. Just curious. Probably even an unwise inquiry ) Just curious. - cant comment, i just hope not

for Medical, you can just go to SLMCEC, no need for appointment for it is "first come, first serve" basis. I am not sure enough but from what i read, It will be paid at the embakissy during interview?? were you the only one who worked on your requirements? Goodluck to both of us!
