Hello fellow members I’m here again ,I’m very sad all the time if thinking my last k3 interviewed that I withdrawn of what I did sign in the embassy during interview inside the Freud unit because they don’t satisfied my our relationship is genuine and came out so many issues, they don’t believe that no love at all , so in my statement I signed I married my husband for immigrant purposes and married no love but I know god knows how much I love my husband and my husband knows that too ,but what always bother me that maybe because of that statement make our marriage void please please enlighten me for those who has the same situation of me like that during interviewed .Is there any possibility that statement I signed make our marriage void ?but our marriage is legal recorded in NSO and we still love each other and in fact my husband visited me here after withdrawn my k3 application because I’m so sad. Thanks for all the comments, i did sign because they will ban me for the whole life not just me and the entire family cant go to usa, My husband has k1 petition of his x that havent cancel at that time and also i had tourist application before that was denied they really dont believe me that i love my husband because husband just came here ones then married immediately then 1 year didnt come back after marriage,i explained but they dont want to believe me so the conclusion was immigrant purposes only, the consul said why i didnt apply for immigrant why i choose k3 , consul told me i have to withdraw because im not capable to apply for k3 visa because its really many issues came out during interviewed husband cant reach poverty level,they dont accept my co-sponsor either,husband filed bankcruptcy,husband many debts,husband dont own a house, husband didnt cancel x k1 petition.

The only thing im worried my marriage is it still valid after signed that statement that they wanted me to signed that married for immigrant puposes only and no love?I told them i dont care if his poor i married him because i love him, i said we can start a new life and solve the problem but they dont wanted me to become a public charge that's what they explained to me so i withdrawn and the word BAN makes my head crazy. after signed the statements the consul said anytime i can apply immigrant but i have to tell my husband to cancel the k1 petition that still active and he have to visit me sometimes here in the philippines, By the way my immigrant petition at that time was approve but we choose the k3 so that i can bring my daughter with me.well hope evrybody can understand me now

It is their job to try and determine if a relationship is for the purpose of immigration. My understanding is that there is one and only one valid answer you can give if you are asked why you got married or why do you want to go to the US?

Hi guys i know u read my story what happen during interviewed ,thank you so much for all the advices and the sympathy of my worst experienced ..anyway maybe God has plan for us and maybe not time yet but honestly im still not recover yet...u know even its hurt and my prayers not all answered yet im just thankful that my husband his coming next week here in the philippines after long time its more than 1 year now...ok thanks again ...anyway has anyone here can recommend a good lawyer for us to help our problem and that would be nice if u have one

I am sorry to hear this, and it sound very similiar to my case. My wife in the Philippines was denied her visa, because they did not believe our relationship. And the case was sent back to the USCIS and sat there for two years before I got advise from lawyer to refile and be present during the interview. Meanwhile I have saved every document possible for the last 5 years and refiled and will be present during the interview here in the coming months ahead. I strongly suggest seek advice from a good lawyer and possibly refile and have your significant other present during the interview. I also suggest making several visits while in the immigration process. I made two trips in the two year wait. And save all evidence and hope that everything will be worked out the next time around. I know how they can play there scare tactic ways during the interview and for that I hold them forever accountable and I will let them know when I show up at the interview. I will not budge at their childish games, and infact I can beat them at their own game. If they doubt the relationship, they do anything they can to break you down and interogate you like a murder suspect. In my situation they didn't even look at the evidence I sent my wife, so this time I will force them to look at it, all 8 inches of papers. I am still mad at them 3 years later. But anyway I hope for a quick resolution for you.

I am sorry it happened to you and I really don't know how to help you. But don't lose hope and patience. Just take this situation as one of your trials that will make your marriage stronger. It is also a bit difficult to get approved too if your husband did not reach the 125% poverty guideline.

According to what my wife said, they told her to sign some papers. And what they said was by her signing those papers, she admitted that she only married me to go to USA, which is hogwash. It was put on AP for about 8 weeks then denied. They sent her a letter and said if you wish to discuss this matter, email the consolor, which we both did, and of course we never heard anything from anybody. They just turned a deaf ear, and it makes me angry even more

that's terrible....but that's the spirit, never give up and prove to them they can't stop you from being together.

the OP stated that if she is not going to sign the papers, she will be banned from entering the US, Did they tell that to your wife too?

If your husband was divorced before you will also need his divorce decree.

You did not say haw many years of W2/ITRs you have. 3 years works nice. Copies are fine.

His single when we got married about W2 issued recently he just came back to work 1 year ago 2008 and his ITR 2007 and 2008 , thats what i have here hope its ok.

you only need a scanned copy of noa 2. present this to the guard and they will see you....... also carry two forms of ID and passport.

no need for u to follow that.. that is just a guideline or information that u should have ur medical at least a week before ur interview... if u are planning to do ur medical u can now... as long as ur petition is approved or u received interview date... please also bring ur letter from the embassy if u have it coz u will have to fill up information about ur case number and then the guard will ask u those... like for mine i had my appointment letter and the letter from manila embassy... have it photocopied bring 3 pics... and also... u need to know ur hubby's address too and contact number coz there are questions about ur hubby on the form.. so better have that information too...

There isn't any document verification fee anymore. Get you own NSO CENOMAR.

BDO wil give you a DS 157 that has a stamped receipt on the back. You have to fill it by hand and make a copy or you can fill out 2 online and staple the stamped form to them. Best to do by hand.

Today my wife got up about 345 in the morning to get ready for her Visa Interview. She got there about 6 am, got in the line, inside, given number, filled up the form, waited to be call and when she was called by her name, it took the CO about 5 minutes to do her interview. She was told that he (CO) thanks the armed forces for doing what they do, told she was APPROVED, given the pink slip and she then paid Php 220 for Air21 and jumping and yelling to get in the taxi. She called me right away after she got home to her friend's house where she decided to stayed instead of the hotel. The money I gave her to pay for hotel used to MAG GALA or visit the Manila which I told her to do. Glad she did now waiting for May 8 and we will be together again. I bought the 1 way ticket in March for $ 910 but she told me she could have got it for $ 775 but HEY as long as she gets here, $ 200 more is worth it for the fare just to be with her.

For those whos waiting, there is a light in the end of the tunnel... it will be good to know that our 1st Anniversarry we can spend it together.
