Get a divorce and start a new visa process with your new girl.

    Diana

divorce i know about this..but it is going tobe long long step like that...divorce is going to take at least 1 year with this situation...im in tunisia when she is in usa..the process is going tobe too long..and after that prepare for new marriage and it is going tobe years for me tobe there..it is really fraustrating....GOD

  2. You can certainly apply for a visa. As there is a CR1 petition pending you may find it more difficult.

  3. in the part 7 about the supplement income.should i leave it empty or i have to fill it when it is optional

What form are you talking about? There is no form called "AOS".

oh sorry i forget to say the I-864

no body did fill the i-864???when the sponsor dont have any proove for saving money in a bank?

  4. my friend divorsed her husband who lives in nigeria without him knowing. all she has to do is go to the lawyer and the lawyer runs an ad in the legal newspaper asking if there is anyone who knows the wereabouts of her spouse is for 6 weeks. if no one answers then the court date is scheduled and the divorse is granted. its as easy as that.

and i cant for example call the court or any association there to at least know if she is in the process of the divorce???

  5. im here in tunisia and she is there in USA.she decided to leave me and she decided the divorce.anyone know how this divorce will be?where it will be??

she's probably petitioning for divorce in the state that she lives in, here in the US.

and what about me??she will take all the advantage on me??i will loose every thing just like that???

I think it's safe to conclude that you won't be getting the visa, if that's what you're asking.

one of the example.she came to destroy my life??im feeling sick and i dont want the divorce.

I doubt there would be much you could do to stop the divorce, even if you were here in the US. Most states don't require that both parties agree to the divorce, and won't force someone to remain in a marriage if they don't want to. In short - if your wife wants the divorce, she's going to get the divorce.

If you don't want the divorce then you can try to work things out with her. If she still has any love for you then maybe the marriage can be salvaged. If not, then you wouldn't be very happy in the marriage anyway. There's no point in being married to someone who doesn't love you.

and which paper i will sign for the divorce???does the state will send me papers or what??

    BEST OF LUCK TO EVERYONE

    Hi Sarita,

YAYYYYYYYY :dancing::dance::dancing: Soooooo nice to FINALLY move on to the NVC thread. I have watched others create such a group and wondered when I get to do that as well... So we are finally here, after a long overdue approval of 230 day wait!! So glad the little group that I have come to love and feel a part of gets to move together :) . We now hope Jen and Mayra can join us here soon too!! Karma stars :star::star::star::star:

So I talked to my lawyer and I was told that we have to wait for the written notice before sending any of the paperwork in. Do you have a lawyer or are u doing this on ur own? Since I have a lawyer, I believe I can skip the DS 3032 -agent of choice step, am I right?

My head is swimming right now. Online chatting with my husband since I got in from work. He is stil up at 2:45 a.m.!!! We are trying to figure out what forms to fill out and such. He will be getting his police certificate tomorrow. As for the affidavit of support and DS 230 all filled out already by our attorney's office. This is all so freakin' confusing!!

I wish there was some easy step to follow. The post many have posted including Aruba makes my head hurt more lol

So what is the first thing we need to do now??? I feel I can't even think straight!! :bonk:

im wt you guys i got aproved on march 1

  9. Hi,

I have a question for those of you who have been waiting longer than we have. We just received our first I-797C from Vermont yesterday for the 1-751 we sent at the end of January. I tried to check the case status online and add it to my account on the USCIS website, but it keep saying that that case can't be found at this time. Is that normal? I'm thinking maybe it just takes a while for cases to be added online. Or, should I be worried?

Thanks for your help and speedy processing to all...

ya don't have to worry.i saw on www.uscis.com that to see online ur case only after 3 or 4 weeks starting by the day that u get ur receipt number.good luck
