Yeehey! NOA2 received in the mail today , issue date 6/15, snail mail took its sweet time but what a nice Friday and weekend surprise!
NOA1 was 2/17 so things are moving right along, no RFE issued so far. Best wishes to other Feb filers, your time is definitely coming.

Congrats Talaga! Soo nice to see the approvals rolling in again, guess H1 season is over and back to the normal business.

Congrats! Must be someone looking out for you! I am so amazed that the NOA 1 to NOA2 time was so fast given the other estimates. Here's hoping this continues or even picks up (yeah, my petition is still at NOA1...)

Thanks to all for the quick replies. will ask about any past TB and then just wait for the NOA 2.

Hello,
Saw a few postings of some other folks unlucky to have their plans held up by a bad result at SLEC. In light of that and the extended wait between NOA1 and NOA2, wondering if others have scheduled a medical exam prior to the "real deal" at SLEC in order to catch anything early and get treatment if need be.
Trouble is, not sure what they look for, greatly appreciate feedback on this idea and a list of what to screen for in order to avoid trouble down the road. That being said, my financee is in good health, just worried about any kind of result that would raise a flag during the exam but not show any symptoms.
Thanks!

Hey congrats on getting the NOA1, must have lingered on the mail truck an extra day or so.

I was amazed how fast NOA1 came from the VSC. They received my submission on Wed the 11th, I received NOA1 on Tuesday the 17th. Given the holiday on Monday, I think that means they mailed it on Friday the 13th, only 2 days to receive, process and send the notice
Definitely hope this speed is a sign of good things to come.
Godbless,
Bryan

Hi,
In thinking of supporting documentation such as letters, credit card statements, chat transcripts and the like - will it be seen as prejudicial if certain parts of those documents are redacted (blacked out)?
If so, thinking to just leave them off -but for example, my credit card statement will show some supporting charges but I am not so keen to show all charges to US CIS nor to reveal my complete credit card number to God know how many folks going through the paperwork.
Likewise some of the letters/chats have some short and personal passages that are not directly relevant so thinking to just line that out and present the rest that does support the petition.
Greatly appreciate any advice/past experience with this.
Thanks!

Hi,
This question is for the I129F but I think could be for any of the forms really. They are in PDF format and you just fill them out but if you enter more text than the space allows it shows a + sign. On the PC it is ok if you are viewing it electronically but printed out it only shows the + sign.
So the question is if it is better to abbreviate or even truncate the response to that section if it runs over as the printed version does not show the entire text just the + sign.
Thanks for the advice!
NOA2 getting close, some questions about the next step and I134
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures

Hello,
Quick question re: I134 - for proof of citizenship, is it ok to enter your passport number where it calls for Naturalization certificate number and write next to it "passport #" ? Never got my certificate back after sending it to get the first passport and don't want to bother paying for a replacement.
Thanks!
