hi.. i was reading your topic. well, i am waiting my packet 4. i got my packet 3 on 23-09-2011, and then i send it back to us embassy new delhi by e mail very next day..so do you have any idea about packet 4.what comes in packet 4 or how long time it will take to issue interview teller after submitting DS 230 Part 1 and applicant statement. Pls reply. and bset wishes for your interview..good luck
