To be completely honest im not hating on the older men that marry younger filipinas. I could really care less. And im not even mad at the guy that slept with my fiance. Iam angry because she lied to me for so long and took my money and then gave me HPV, which i had to pay for her to take care of. I am a firm believer in Karma and i truly believe that her life will be horrible

The day after i recieved my NOA2 i found out that my fiance was cheating on me. I need to withdraw my I129f application immediately. I sent a letter to NVC requesting a withdraw with my name her name and the case number. Is there anything else i should do to make sure the app. gets withdrawn

HAHA Well Iam 23 and she is 20. We had an email address that we shared and and one of the guys accidentally used that address and sent her an email. Then i confronted her and she admitted to it. The thing that grosses me out is the dude was 50 years old. I also paid for her surgery because she conracted HPV and then gave it to me. Like i said, iam 23 and im not bringin in the cash like i want to. Anyways i Paid for her surgery and many other things that i couldnt really afford. But I guess in the end its my fault for trusting her.

I recieved my NOA1 on Dec. 15 2008 for the 129-F. I just got the NOA2 today in the mail. I had no touches and no updates on the USCIS website. It only took about 90 days. HOLY SHI*%. I was so happy when i got the letter i picked up my moms little dachsun and it bit me right in the face. For all of you who are waiting, good luck and hang in there.

My fiance who is from the philippines worked in Hong Kong for about 5 and a half months. About 3 weeks after being in hong kong she went back to the philippines because one of her family members passed away. I met her while she was at home and we were together for about 7 days. After about 7 days she went back and finished working in Hong Kong. I visited her recently in the Philippines. The problem is she lost her passport after she came home from hong kong so there is no record that she was there. She received a new passport that does not have any stamps or a work visa. There is no evidence of meeting each other the first time, However when i visited her the second time i made sure to take pictures save all my boarding passes etc. Should i have my fiance go through the trouble of all the paperwork listing that she worked in HK, came home for about 2 weeks and met me, then went back to Hong Kong, then came home and got engaged, or just have her say i visited her twice and we got engaged that second time i visited her?

My Fiance is from the Philippines. She worked in Hong Kong for about 6 months. Will she need police clearence from Hong Kong for her interview at the US Embassy in Manila? If she does need it does need it does anyone know how she can obtain it.

Might be OK for the USCIS stage - Embassy/Consulate may have questions. Was there a gap in timeline where these 5 months were ?

No i listed that she had no work experience because i forgot to list that she went there. Will they do background check on her passport?

If on the K1 visa packet i forgot to list that my fiance worked in hong kong for about 5 months will the consulate find out that she went. Will they deny our case because they think we were trying to be dishonest. Does anyone know what i can do!!!!!!

Should i try to contact uscis and tell them or just keep the form how it is. Will they find out that she went to Hong Kong or not?

I finished college in july of 2008. I got a job in September 2008 with an annual income of $36,000. So far i have made about $14,000. My W2 declares that i made 12,000 for 2008 because i got hired in september. Because of my w2 and my current income to date are below the poverty guideline will it cause any problems at my fiances interview.

When the Affidavit of support states that you need a certian required income. Does that mean i need that much in my current bank account or i need to make that amount in 1 year?

My fiance is a non u.s. citizen and has changed her adress in her home country. I have already filed my 129F petition. Does anyone know what i need to do to make sure she recieves future notices (Interview/medical dates) from her local embassy. Thanks
