Im sorry about what happened to you but as far as I know there is now crime involved in TALKING to anynbody. The crime is solicitation prostitution which means the SERVICES were not free and a price was set for "these services" If you shy to say you paid for it ...that's okey but don't mislead people. If it was "free" it means you didn not silocit anybody and the girl was willing to give it up for free and theres no crime in that....JUST PLEASERE

Hello, I have a question I am about to do a I-134 avidavid and I have been a W2 employee in previous years and starting in January I found a new 1099 Job.. What supporting documents would I need to show along with I-134 ??? Thanks!

I just called uscis and they said that as long as I meet the requrments for being above poverty line it does not matter if im employed or unemployed as long as the amout is right........???? IS THAT TRUE?!?!? I hope it is ( I currently got the Unemoloyment that way acceeds the poverty line )

Ofcourse by the time AOS hits I oboulsy will have to be employed.........but thats at leaast 4 -6 month I will have more time to find a job....Its a bad time to loose a job with the economy and all but what can you do.......

You are right it is very hard to find a job, I live in Northern California and its crazy I send about 10 resumes a day and no luck a day. Do they paystubs need to be close to the interview or can I send them right now since I recived the NA02 TODAY???

I know....I dont want to lie about it it just that I just got laid off and no interviews yet...Im very conserned and my paystub is very recent since I got laid off last week.....Of course best option would be to find a job but I don't know if I will....and another thing I just filled for unemployment, I don't know if they will figure out that I am reciving it....I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO>..........(

Today I recieved an email that my aproval notice has been mailed (na02 )

BUT! I got laid off last week my most recent paystup is from December26 and I got a letter from my employer stating that I am employed with my company on November 21....

My question is....Can I sent those documents for proof of income or would I need a more recent letter from my employer

Documents Sent I-129f on Oct13

Noa2 sent on January 14.

Please help
