Hello VJ...i would like to ask regarding about cenomar...would it be fine if CRs 4 form ( singlenss) will be given or either of the two crs 5 form ( advisory of marriage)..would number of visits of my husband here in my country is the number 1 criteria to get approved? just wanted to get enlighten..so do help us..

Hi VJ's will it cause delay to NVC process if is multiple inquiries..in my case we got legal counsel but sounds slow and they just told us will wait for NVC to contact us..till when by then? so i decide to make follow up in behalf of our case..will this affect us?? just being confused..;-( ( i post this in my VJ update just paste it on here again to hear more good opinions.)

Hi VJ!!!We are using immigration lawyer for our visa processing we are now in the next level of the journey. The caseworker emailed me last july last week that they submitted already docs to NVC..my question is how long will it takes our docs to NVC? the caseworker told me that she will just give me update as soon as NVC contact them..but how about they will not be contacted by NVC? what can u suggest? thanks..

Hi VJ's..!!!! i just have some few concerns...me and my husband use to communicate on phone..call & text...my concern now is can i really get a detailed text and call logs since i use prepaid? but my hubby use SPRINT as his phone provider.Can i use his SPRINT detailed call logs to be one of the basis of our communication evidence?Well,i got few letters and cards from him that i can show too...any comments about this...just to get enlighten..thanks!! ;-)

What is the status of the I-129F filed for the K-3 visa ?

If the I-129F was administratively closed at NVC -

then your USC spouse will need to go through NVC processing.

If the I-130 petition was approved in March, and nothing has happened since, I do wonder about what's going on. Maybe you could flesh out yer timeline a bit, over at http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=60139

Hi VJ!!! may i ask anyone here with a good heart to give me information if how long will the NVC hold up the last paperworks ? is that really takes 3-5 months???? Our I-130 petiton has been approved already dated last March 19, 2010. Will the interview takes 2 months of the prior notice of interview appointment?

k3 isn't dead...whatever you may choose. When u comply all the complete requirements for the paperwork's they require what it makes it too long to get approved right?stick to your prior decision. GO! GO!..
