We just re-did the medical exam. The first infopass we could get was too late...we were worried that we'd end up having to do it again anyway and be out of time. We mailed in the new one last week, it was delivered Tuesday.

How's it going with the RFE?

Yep...we wound up deciding to just re-do it completely. We were worried we'd put in a lot of time & effort and would end up having to do it again anyway, so we just sucked it up. But it's done! We're waiting for them to resume processing now...

His overseas medical. We are beyond frustrated! But hopefully we'll be through it soon and he'll have the GC.

RFE was because they lost his medical!! Argh. My biggest annoyance with this is that we filed 4 months ago...it took them this long to decide it was "lost" ??

Hooray! I'm glad he is here & good luck with AOS! We just got a notice a few days back that we got an RFE, so we're waiting to hear what that's all about. Otherwise, things are good!

AOS is going well so far - biometrics scheduled for July 2, case was already transferred to CSC for further processing so that's good - hopefully no interview!
