Wife left for another guy over two years ago now whats to file for citizenship. What are her chances of getting it? She arrived here on CR1 visa in April 2012.

My wwife went back to Cebu to visit, she has her greencard so my question is "Does she still pay the travel tax of 1620 or just the regular port fee?"

Need some help on th current travel tax? Is it still 1620 php? or has it been raised?

Rissana received an email from the embassy yesterday: Visa Issued March 30

Interview complete...got a 221g for a co-sponsor even though my income is above the 125% consular was in a bad mood

Visa delivery charge is included in Visa Application Fee. 2GO will deliver the Visa and passport once approved and actual visa is print and placed into the passport.

The Application will fill-out a form ask if they want it delivered to home or pick-up at a 2GO location.

Just a quick question. The embassy website says an "Immediate relative and family preference cases

$330" is this due at the interview?

I am so frustrated with NVC. Last January 24th, they sent me a checklist response for my birth certificate (petitioner) to prove relationship with my mom (co-sponsor). I overnight-ed it and was received per tracking info last Jan. 25th. On the 27th, the automated message stated that they received it and allow 6-8 weeks for review. Tonight, I listened to AVR and said they found information missing. What else do they need???? arrrghhhh. The operator told me they HAVE NOT received the document yet and could not locate it. Did they lose it? Grrrr, I am so upset! I was hoping for March interview. Looks like we are not getting it. too depressed.

The same thing here. (mom) co-sponsor is a resident alien and provided he A-number but got an RFE asking for proof of her alien stus.

Sent the check list back and they received it on the 20 of January. Is it really going to take 6 tp 8 weeks for them to review it?

I had my wife send Part 1 signed and fill out part 2 here. It took about 2 weeks to get here from Cebu.

Call back and ask for the invoice id number. I got ours on the same day as the MNL number, the only problem was they did not give me the full iin and left a number off so when you call and ask make sure you double check the number they give you so its complete.

Trying to find out for sure if my wife can go and do her medical with only a copy of the NOA 2 and the MNL#? Try to be ready for just the interview and then flight here.

Been waiting to be able to sign in and pay at NVC only to finally relize they gave me the wrong IIN (one number short) so I kept getting a SIF. Finally called and got an operator that knew what she was talking about so the process can now start moving forward again.
