Hello my all helpful friends really thank a lot all of you my AP is done according to State department on Monday-july-09. And they said we sent this case for visa to you embassy.

So here I want to know how long embassy will take on further process I have my passport and what else I need more along with passport my case was in AP since dec-2008.

Once again really thank you all friends. God bless you and please let me know about my question that how long embassy l takes more time to finalizing my k-3 visa.

hello my dear friends i have passed about 7th month and i not hear anything about my K-3 Visa update.

once i emailed them they said we can't give you any update but we can put ur complain after 9th month.

my partner call state department every day and their no update either jsut saying still in process.

i want to know if any body tell me the idea of AP how long it take's... and what i aspect from them i mean Refusal % and approved visa %

Dear all i had my K-3 interview on 22-dec-08. And their not update according to my case they kept my passport and said it will take time from 3 to 4 month, but I been calling state department they tells nothing according to AP just saying still in process so dear’s I want to know how long it will take more if any body knows anything about timeline of K-3. Please let me know

i am shakeel i had my k-3 visa interview on 22-dec-08 and they not ask too many question's my wife was with me at the time of interview and kept my passport and give me token on which they say it l take time about 8 weaks but this guy's tells me it l take 3 month's and they also say everything with your case is fine.

so i don't know what i accpect from them any one here who's goes thru this process please please let me guied

Well they told my husband everything is just fine and he was placed on AP, they also told him it will take 4-6 weeks time. His interview was in Dec-18th, but from what I understand is its going to take longer than the time they tell us.

I had my interview for k-3 visa on dec 22. I was told my case has been temporarily refused for further administrative processing. we cannot give you a definite date when the processing will be completed, but the minimum time is approximately six weeks. there is no maximum time limit I was wondering if anyone has expericenced this and if they have recieved visa later how long this can take? Is there a chance of denial after they put in AP?
