I have additional question. On I-765 form, should we attach all her L1 Blanket Petition documents or just the I797A notice showing that it was previously granted? Thanks in advance!!!

I just got married to a non-US citizen, she came here on a tourist visa last October and we got married on Dec. We are initiating the paperworks to adjust her status. I have several clarifications needed since she has been here before 2yrs ago under L1 visa.

1. She already has an SSN before, should we put this on all the AOS forms?

2. On I-485, under what category should she fall. I am a US naturalized citizen. Is it right that to use "a. an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available visa number has been approved. (Attach a copy of the approval notice, or a relative, special immigrant juvenile, or special immigrant military visa petition filed with this application that will give you an immediately available visa number, if approved)"? Or should it be "Other" then we just specify that she got married to a US citizen?

3. On G-325A forms for both of us, under the field "this form is submitted in connection with an application for". Is it Status as Permanent Resident or Other.

4. On I-765 on the question "Have you ever before applied for employment authorization from USCIS", we are not sure if we should ticked yes because she have an L1 visa before. Although she is also not so familiar about it because her employer did all the paperworks and we may need to still go through her previous immigration documents to find out as well.
