Kmish--but you had three day-holiday in the middle, so they are probably swamped. For example, it took them more than a week to acknowledge my $404 since it was sent a couple of days days before the long week end wheraas they acknowledged my earlier $88 in just three days in the middle of the prior week.

we have been seeing email accepted 1 - 2 business days, but with holiday there is probably a backlog. In my cae, it was less than 24 hours from the time I sent the email.

Lucky you magical , And thanks everybody for your updates. I will try to contact NVC as I still have not received the reply from them after almost a week.

I have get the tax return transcript from IRS, So my question is should i only send this copy to NVC with I864 or do i needs to send Tax Return 1040 and W2 also. USICS (I864 instruction) does not mentioned anything about transcript while travel.stat.gov website in checklist for I864 does say transcript or tax return 1040 and W2s.

So guys need help, Will that transcript works ?

My wife (Beneficiary) has Birth Certificate in another language (Gujarati) rather then in English, So I am wondering do I needs to send both (Original of Native language BC and Original of Translated BC) or only English Traslation will works ?

I have received the hard copy of NOA2 (I-130 Approval), And need help for the next step. I ll really appreciate if some one can help me with my following questions.

1. What should be next can i call the NVC and get the CASE Number ?

2. Once i get the CASE Number can my spouse send email to NVC as per that speed-up process ?

3. How will i get the AOS and IV bill (Via email or hardcopy) ?
