BUT

pls convince her to bring along

her current 2 yr GC,marriage certificate,state D/L(if got one)and biometric appt letter(issued by USCIS)

PS) she can also go to USCIS any days too if she wants to

My original bio appt was 13 Jan 2012,but i did go to USCIS-waukegan yesterday for fingerprint

and no problem at all

I didn't include 2011 tax return as I sent out application to CA since 19 Dec 2011,

BUT

I did include 2009 & 2010 Federal & IL tax return (married filing jointly) copy with I-751 package

I never had experienced of walk-in biometric appt during AOS 2yr GC filing,

but I just did a walk-in for biometric appt for I-751 remove 2yr GC condition at Waukegan,IL today

even I was already scheduled for next Friday (which I'm not available)

I didn't contact any USCIS main call center for any date changes of this early bio appt,

I just walk-in to Waukegan directly, staffs there were great & helpful

Everything was great,I just show a staff there my 2yr GC & biometric appt letter

then all was good to go & it took only 5-10 mins for a whole process to be done

timeline as below :

Dec 19 2011-> sent I-751 application/package to USCIS-CA center from IL(2p.m.)via USPS expressmail($19)

Dec 20,2011-> package arrived CA 11.15a.m. with proof of delivery, USPS sent me to my yahoo email

Dec 22,2011-> $590 cheque being completely deducted from Chase's Bank

Dec 27,2011-> Got 2 letters in hand ; Extend-1-yr letter from CA dated Dec 20 & Biometric Appt letter from VSC in VT dated Dec 23

Jan 3, 2012-> Walk in for Biometric Appt at USCIS-Waukegan

Jan 13, 2012->Original Biometric Appt at USCIS-Waukegan

NOA 2 approved .. Yeah ! Horrraaaayyyy !!!

NOA 1 17 NOV 08

NOA 2 5 FEB 09 - 81 days waiting
