i had my interview for cr1 visa in the american consulat in casablanca , 5,nov 2010. the woman that interviewed me said that my case it will send back to the departement of state for review. and in 17,feb 2011 i get a msg from uscis saying that they get my case from the department of state and they will send me another msg if there is any things missig or when they will finishing my case

my question is : how much long i wil need to wait more. me and my wife we are tired of waiting and we dont know what to

please advice me. i need your advice

i think they refuse to give me the visa because my wife it dont work and her ex hasbend is the co-sponsor

my interview is in november,4.i was married my wife in march,20 2009 and after she went back to usa and because of the economique fall she lost her job and she didnt get any other job untel now

my question is:if they will deny my visa because my wife she dont work and she dont came to visit me afetr we get married

please advice me i need your advices

Good morning!

Good luck with your upcoming interview. The CO will probably ask why your wife hasn't visited recently. You can just explain why she hasn't able to travel. I don't think they will deny your visa for that. You are going through a very tough country so they might put you on AP or request more documents from you. Just bring your evidence and pray that everything will work out fine

im filling for cr1 .we get married in 20 march 2009 and she went back to the usa in 23 march since that date we didnt meet we chat and call a lot i hade more than 2000 pages of yahoo conversation and phone calls

the good news that at last i hade the interview date in the next 4 november but im afraid that they will denie my visa because we didnt meet a lot. my wife she want to came many times but she cant because she cant leave our kids with any one there

i payed the last step ($400) and i send to NVC all the document that they asked about (police and court record-birthday certificate-photography -a copy of my passport- affidavid of support and other documents...)

NVC get my letter in jully/1/2010 and untel now i didnt get any news i keep calling the answear machine and the lsg its te same (wait betwine 6 to 8 weeks)

i want to know about peoples that they are still waiting like me and if all that time that im waiting its normal

because some friends said that they get the interview date after one week and some after two weeks

i paid $355 for the i-130 and then i paid $70 and the last time i paid $400

that its all i paid

the last package contine the police record and the court certificate and the $400 payment sheet my pic my birth certificate and all the document that they need and the affidavit of support and so

today its more than 12 business days that NVC get my last package when i call them the answear machine said to wait betwine 6 to 8 weeks and some friends they just wait 8 to 10 days and in visajourney they said that too

please tell me how much i need to wait

how much we need to wait untell we will know about the interview date and the medical tests

my wife lost her job one year ago and 2 years befor she lost her job she wasnt making good money less than $15000/year

she cant be my sponsor and no one of her familly want to be my sponsor

my wife cant pay the $70 online .so she goes to the www.immigratvisas.state.gov to find how she can pay the $70

in the website they said: dont make any payment untel we recieve a fee bill payment

our case it was generated in march;24 and we still waiting for the fee bill document

i am asking what to do now.whait for that document or call the NVC
