it would be nice to know what the processing is like.. because i will be moving to dallas and have to transfer my application to there.. according to the website they are over a yr behind.. which is sucky.. cannot go through the DORA cause it can only be done on newly filed application and u have to register for it...

wow debby its good hear that.. we had the same thing happend to us, we got our interview letter, we got there and they told us it was cancelled... luckily to be on the safe side, i had sched an infopass appt for that day incase if something didnt go right in the interview... so they told us that our file was here but it was sent back and they don't have our file yet.. i have another infopass appt to go and see where our file is now cause according to the uscis webiste, they have past our processing dates.

i feel like we will be in the same predicament... we had received our interview notice and when we showed up they didn't have our file.. they said they got it but sent it back... i just started working with my senators office so hopefully they'll help.. if i don't hear something by july either from infopass, i m withdrawing my case and re-applying... i m thinking our file is lost...

my husband i showed up for the interview and we were told that it was de scheduled because they never received our file from the service center... soo upset cause i took the day off just for this...

Hello All

I have been reading allot of people taking the vacination supplement to the interview. We submitted it w/ our AOS package, do we need to get another one for the interview???

Also we were told by someone that we need to have actual tax transcript ordered from the IRS, i have W2's and copies of my tax return filed... isn't that just as good??

i hate to say this but i have seen many people waiting past 90 days to get the EAD.. well i guess just know for sure that if after 90 days from the NOA date u don't get n e thing.. u can do something about it..

I havn't seen many people get approved from December for EAD and according to the website, they are already processing Jan 16, 2006.... what is up with that...

Its just that there is this office here where all they do is fill out immigration forms and they have been in business for 10 yrs.. and most of the time there information is 100 percent accurate. They told me its from the finger print date so i was getting a little worried. I don't want to take the time and go to the houston local office cause it takes for ever and then they turn me away..... as u can see My AOS interview is coming up so i m hoping and praying that i don't need my EAD but still u never know..

I have 2 questions.

1. Do all AOS interview have request for initial interview written on the notice?

2. I am going to hit my 90 day from the date of filing for EAD and was planning to go to the local office and see if i can get the EAD card but someone told me that it is 90 days from the date of fingerprint. Is that true???

hi all.. i m still waiting for my EAD and i got my AOS interview for April... wow that was fast.. just cking to see if it is normal .... letter has like a million things requested at the interview .... everything that has been included in the AOS packets.. pictured, affadavit of support, employement letter, W2s, birth cert... is this common???

any one posting on this move to dallas after filing AOS at a different location??? i might have to move to dallas and wanna know if n e one of u can tell me what needs to be done... as you guys can see my timeline, i m already waiting for AOS.

I have a job offer to a new city and was wondering if I move do i have to start all over again or transfer.. how do i do that??? will go back at the beggining of the line???
