    I met Galina online earlier last year, what started out as simple friendship, quickly grew into a loving relationship! In October of 2008 I traveled to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan to meet her in person, I stayed for 2 weeks and we hit it off so well that I asked her to marry me!!! I will start the filing process in January of 2009
    I am hiring an Immigration Lawyer to assist with the paperwork and filing but I will also appreciate the assistance that anyone on here can offer since you have gone through what I am about to go through!

    No problem, glad I could help. VJ can be a little weird to navigate when you're new. It's worth it though, as the K-1 process/AOS is complicated and has (imo) far too much paperwork. Btw, you may want to try asking in the regional boards about the sucess of using co-sponsors, as some embassies are more strict than others in that requirement.
