    Here is a copy of the of the email they sent to me, above. it seems like they are fast I was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks for some to contact me, but it took less than four hours .
    My question is the same as above, how would the doctor write the letter for me and I was told being veteran my help if, because the application process is not done my specific guide lines.

    The status of this service request is:
    The Vermont Service Center has reviewed your request for expedited processing of your application/petition due to medical reasons. While your situation appears to be serious, you have not provided documentation of an extreme emergent need for granting this expedite. The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) requires documentation in order to process your expedite request.
    Your response must be received at this office within 20 calendar days from the date of this notice. If you do not respond to this request within the allotted time, your expedite request will be denied. If your expedite request is denied, you can resubmit another expedite request after 60 days of the denial, to the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at 1-*********
    Documents may include: a complete description of the medical situation written by the attending doctor describing the patients current condition, diagnosis, and prognosis, and a letter you have written and signed explaining to the service why you need this case worked in an expedited manner: or any other information you would like to submit to support your expedite request. If you submit a document in any language other than English, it must be completely translated. The translator must certify that the translation is accurate and that he or she is competent to translate.
    Note: You must submit the requested foreign language document along with the translation.
    You may submit your response to this request in two different ways through a fax, or through the mail.
    If you choose to fax your response please make sure your facsimile cover sheet has the following information on it and that a copy of this notice is attached to your response.
