i just send my package last monday,, I put all the necessary proofs to prove that we met with in the last 2 years,here is my question..my fiancé have tried to apply for a tourist visa in the past and was refused a visa..would it affect our k1 application?? Please enlighten me..I am very much worried that her tourist visa denials will conflict on our k1 petition.I'm planning to visit her again this march..I just came back 2 weeks ago..thanks.

in my queston # 18 i explained to them how we met, i can always send her an updated letter of intent before her interview..

i just told them the truth.that's what i learned from this site.

this is what i attched on my 129-f application question # 18

i met my fiance through my employer who happens to be her uncle.they have been talking online and saw her at webcamera last march,and i askes my employer/friend to introduced me to her, we were introduced online but we started talking regularly few months later From then on we started communicating with each other via Phone calls, voice chatting with web camera, Instant Messaging and exchange of Emails. We communicated almost everyday, Communication is so easy. I just love talking to her. Just a thought of her makes me smile.

After few months, We just realized that we are fast becoming more than friends, we admitted that we have fallen for each other. I’m so happy. Immediately I’ve made plans to visit her to her country, I’ve made a booking roundtrip to Philippines to meet her and spend some time with her.

it was a long flight but its worth it because I will finally meet the love of my life. I am excited, a little bit nervous. I was greeted by her big smile, I was so happy and it’s a great feeling. There I realized that what I felt online and over the phone was for real. I met her family and relatives. I enjoyed every minute of my stay, nice family , very hospitable and great food. My fiance is a very good cook. We’ve enjoyed every minute that we were together. Now I can say that the search is over, I finally found my mate.

actually on the question # 18 of my 129-f application, i attached a detailed explanation how we met,i stated there that i met my fiance through my employer who happens to be her uncle,,is that consider "frontloading"???

in my letter of intent i just copy the example form(on this site) i helped my fiance have it notarized in her country and then as soon as i came back i had mine notarized too..

i am planning to give her an updated letter of intent prior to her interview,,if i state there how we met would that do???
