Hello everyone! Hope you are all safe and well.

I just wanted to query whether any USC’s have received approvals for their parents. I know the ban affects immigrant visas for this category but it isn’t clear as to whether this stage is also affected by the proclamation.

If anyone has received anything it would be good to know.

I received my approval for my Dad's I-130 on 5/8/2020 but still waiting for my Mom's approval. I filed their I-130 11/2020z

  11. Hi! Since im in the Philippines i used this website to process from my K1 until i got my conditional green card. Now me and my wife experiencing problem. I arrived here in the US last Dec. 2008 and I received my Green Card last April 2009. Now me and my wife not living together. We started all because of buying a house with her mom and her brother. The Mom wants way back January 2009 to mortgage a house under my bro-in-laws name and im da secondary of the said planned mortgaging a house. But i decided to move alone with wife because its so hard to stay with in laws i cant handle her. My wife is pregnant so i decided to have a two jobs. Now i thought my wife understand that i have two jobs because the plan is to save money for us to have good livin, but my mom-in-law think negatives that i have another girl whom i date, but everything is false. My wife has plenty bills since i come over, i even pay all their expenses that they used for me to be here. Then suddenly i found out that my wife making a letter for deportation for me. Just because i don't have time with her. My daughter born last Sept 2009. But before that my wife was fired from work because she did something wrong on her job. So i applied for insurance and paid everything. Now she stayed with her mom until November, but before Christmas i rent a place where we can stay. Now we always fight because she always claimed those things that she sent to me when I'm back in the philippines even being here she always saying " you should help me too since i help you to come here". My wife wants me to pay all her bills that she had when she is single. I told her i can help you but not all of 'em. Now she decided to go back to her mom because of her reason that i neva pay her bills. Now im worrying of my daughter's future cuz my wife has no job and i like my daughter to have a good life. So pls help me and give me an advice about adjusting status and what are the best thing for me to do now! PLS HELP ME!

  12. Me and my Wife went to Immigration Office to have my AOS and the interview is so easy they just questioned how we met? how we started? when was the wedding? they asked for the wedding picture and thats it. We showed documents like passports, joint bank account, health insurances, photos and my wifes pregnancy documents. then the officer told us ok you are APPROVED! pls wait for 3-4weeks for you card. Then lastly the officer took the I-94 in my passport and detached it. The one thing i noticed why NO STAMP in my passport? The officer just gave us a paper about the next process after the conditional status expired and it is a two copy where my and wife signed and he also signed in.
