I am currently in the US on a G4 Non-immigrant visa, i married a US citizen and will be filing the i-485 form at the same time as the i-765 form. I would be grateful if someone could help me with my eligibilty criteria number as I am confused by the instructions.

About 5 years ago I received an Agreed Conditional Discharge for a minor offence whilst I was a student. I haveobtained the Certificate of Disposition and proof that no charges were made. Can someone please offer me advice on how I should explain the event that lead to my ACD and the format and level of detail required.

In part 2 of the form, I am unsure as to what basis I am applying for a an adjustment to permament status: I am here legally in the US as a non-immigrant on a G4 visa as i work at an international student. I recently married a US citizen. Could someone please tell me which of the categories (a-h) I fall under for the basis question.

If no charge was ever filed, then you have a clean record and USCIS doesn't care about it.

But in Part 3 of the form, it states " Have you ever been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, fined, or imprisoned for breaking any law or ordinance".

I was arrested and therefore I have to state "Yes" do I not. In which case I would need to explain the answer....?

Dear Forum, grateful for any help with this question. I have been employed for the last 3 years and prior to that I was a graduate student for 2 years. In the employment history section of the G325a form, do I need to inform them of my student status between 2003-05 or do I leave it blank.

And an additional question, my wife is currently a student and has been for the last year, prior to that she was employed for a year and prior to that she was a student for two years. How should I account for that in the form?
