Notified today that my wife's AOS has been transferred to the National Benefits Center from the CSC. Anyone else experience this? What happens now?

Yes we do it is called National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and is administered by the FBI

this is the "central office" but we as Americans do not register there. the info is forwarded there if it is a felony.

as long as she can get all her papers needed from her homeland i would say do it in hk. my lady is from the philippines and until Wednesday the 24th works in hk as a domestic helper as well. her interview went very smoothly there.

We are going to write TV abut all process in USCIS, CSC. After four months we have been touched twice first time 23rd of January and second time at 26th of January. After it we thought that we are approved, but we have never received any confirmation about approving. So today we decided to call NVC if they has ever received something from ficki….g USCIS. They told us that they has never received something and we either. So right now we are consider to write to newspaper about all our case and how government is fuckin…..g US. Is it good idea? Today when we call US…piece of ###### they told us that after last touch we have received something within 30 days…. What ?????? is it a time that we are accept from them NO!!!!!!!!!!! I want to have my answer in one or two days because that is the way that all offices in the world are working!!!! And I do not care that it is stupid American Office I do not care that there are working stupid Americans I know one thing it is not international standard…. Please say your comment..

Am I to assume since my petition to the Nebraska Service Center was returned to me with a message stating "PO Box 87130 is Closed" that I should now mail it to the California Service Center? New guy here needing advice. Live in Nebraska, filipina fiancee in Hong Kong.
