    How are you all doing? Still waiting on NOA2...

    I just checked online status this morning and last update date has changed from 12/18/08 to 4/28/09... I guess someone touched my case??... Hope this is NOA2 approval...

    Update detail has not changed but the date has changed....

    I just received the approval email about 30 minutes ago, with an approval date of 4/28/09....maybe a bunch of cases pending with one officer were approved yesterday?

    I hope you were one of them.

    I was totally not expecting it and there the email was when I got back to my desk this morning.

    YAY!!!! Got an email today stating that NOA2 has been approved and it has been mailed out!!!!

    where do I complete my profile? she is in Vancouver Canada and I am in Chicago IL. we sent our documents to California center.

    going to be 5 months now... sent in a package around December 16th and online status has not changed since NOA1... not a single touch...

    I noticed that many people received NOA2 without any status change online or email notification... I am worried that our case may have been approved already but possibly lost mail??? just getting worried....

    Its unlikely to be lost in the mail...even if the USCIS NOA2 did not arrive in the mail, you would still receive the NVC notice shortly after....and if that one got lost too, your fiance would receive packet three from the consulate...very unlikely any of those will go missing in the mail, and all three would have to go missing for you to not hear anything. I think you have a better chance at winning Lotto :)

    You haven't filled in your profile info..I'm curious where your fiance if from and which service center you are applying at.

    By the way, we are at 6 1/2 months waiting....

    Congrats!!!

    We are still waiting on our NOA2. Received NOA1 back in December 18th and nothing has changed online or received an email about my case. Still showing same status since December...

    I just hope we get our NOA2 soon.... Checking mail box daily... haha...

    This is our first post in this thread but wanted to mention that we received our NOA2 hardcopy yesterday (no change to status online or email although we did receive an email notice for the prior RFE).

    We were approved in 98 days - probably would have been 83 days if no RFE!

    wow.. congrats...

    did you receive hard copy in the mail without any changes on status online? or did you get email notification? did they update your status online to NOA2 approved?

    My status online has not changed since December 18th... I hope we get our NOA2 SOON!!!

    Just got our NOA2 in the mail yesterday! We were not expecting it as the website hasn't updated our status since December...what a happy surprise. We weren't expecting everything to go so quickly...Paul is still here visiting for another 2 months! Hopefully we can complete the next steps from here.

    I hope so...I just hope that our file doesnt get put away without and cause delays for no reasons....

    Dyoon - there's nothing I know that you can do to speed up the process, but try to be patient! I filed December 5 and just got my approval, so you should be at least 10 days after that. And there are still people who filed in September who are waiting, the poor things.

    Good luck, and fingers crossed you'll get your approval soon!

    WOW... Congrats!!!

    We are still waiting... sent in package and received NOA1 on December 16th but has not been touched once and still no NOA2.... Status still shows pending..... no touch....

    Do you do anything to speed up the process??? I am checking our status online and mail box everyday.. driving nuts!!!
