I called yesterday to place an inquiry on my I-130 bcuz its been 6 months already.....rep told me that they are working on I-130's from October 21st, 2008....so I'm out of processing range......"My case should be assigned to an Immigration Officer by May 6th.....allow 15 days after May 6th to call back and inquire.....but he also said...you may get a response SOONER.....I HOPE SO!!!!!!!!

wow thats great,,, how can you tell? did you get transfered?

MVPSOL....we are not that far apart from each other (with everything) if you notice....how can you tell if your case got transfered CUZ I WOULD LOVE IT if my case got sent to Cali...Immigration for DR is probably the worst!!!
