No I haven't, I'm in the military and have moved 3 times since originally filing I-765.

Hey guys I just moved from omaha nebraksa where we originally sent in our forms after marriage, now we need to submit a -751 to lift the conditions on her green card but I live in Las Vegas so where so I send the form to?

Are these transactions related at all? Do I need to send this back to nebraska or do I send it to the california center?

AP is not required for green card holder so she is good to go.

My wife and I applied for her SSN before we got married because she wanted a bank account and it was important to her that she have this.

Well it came in the mail and it says "Valid for work only with DHS authorization" written just above her SSN.

My questions:

Will she be able to open a bank account since it says that?

Will her number change when we go to change her name?

When we prove were married and do the name change will the DHS thing go away?

I-765 and I-485 were filed together if my AOS paperwork gets RFE will my 765 paperwork still keep going through with no delay?

So I'm 100 percent sure in my AOS paper work my 485 and 765 were perfectly filled out however on my 864 this is what happen.

On my I-864 I totally messed up on the AGI tax return info it was not filled out correctly and I knew but I sent it anyway because I know they have my K1 information. Anyways I got to thinking and it would be in my best interest to fix the problem so I completed another 864 with the correct info and my correct 2007 tax return and sent it the same day with a coverpage explaining what happen and what I did to fix it.

So do you guys think I'm going to have problems or should I be ok since I fixed so quickly?

Also if my AOS paperwork is delayed because of RFE will that slow down my I-765?

If you have an RFE (for any reason) that is issued prior to a decision on any of the interim benefits, then those pending applications will be suspended as well until the I-485 resumes normal processing... If by chance the I-765 is approved before any RFE, then it won't stop it.

FWIW, the K-1 financial information will be ignored......

I did the same exact thing as Kelvin I totally messed up on the I-864 when it came to the tax return part but I realized it on the way home and filled out a new form and sent it back with my tax return for 2007.

My question lets say it was not good enough that I fixed it and it was delayed will that also delay the 765 EAD or just the AOS process?

Hey everyone about to buy a ticket for my fiance to come to the U.S. through JFK and than eventually Omaha, NE.

Ok so in everyones personal or expert opinion is 2hrs 50 mins a long enough layover at JFK for her to process through immigration and get a temp EAD stamp?
