my husband just arrived a month ago on a flight that has a return--it was cheaper to do it that way---no one even asked him about it at the POE...good luck!

that's annoying that you haven't heard anything---at least it is soon!! I would take ties just in case. Tom was going for CR-1 and took them just in case. Never hurts to be over-prepared. I bet you are ready to get it over with...

Congrats!!!!! It's about time!!!!!

After almost a year, Tom is finally home. I picked him up at Dulles yesterday and he had no problems at all coming through-in fact they joked with him the whole time. He's finally home with me and our 12 week old baby!!! thank you so much VJers for all of your help along the way....I only hope I can help someone through this process the way you all have helped us....

we did CR1--filed in Nov. 2008 too--just finished at the embassy and Tom's heading home here on Wed! Good luck with your petition!

Tom's medical was less than 1 month before his interview. we got very lucky to get a CR1 interview as fast as we did. good luck with yours as well...i am so relieved we got the CR1 instead of K3
