ohh in my K1 interview they dont asked for original divorce decree.. just the same exact copy that the petitioner sent on the I-129F packet..

I am looking at my RFE paper from USCIS now and it says Marriage Termination: submit a legible copy of the final divorce decree signed by a judge or magistrate that shows proof of filing, or the death certificate issued by civil authorities that terminate the prior marriage between the petitioner (name of my husband) and (ex wife name).
anyway howdy we lived in MN too!

yep we thought that way too.. but then we got RFE because his divorce decree has no judge stamp (certified copy stamp)..and seems like many people got the same problem too

if you had varicella on may and it stated on your DS 3025 I gues it wont be problem...

I dont know it will be a problem or not but I just tell my CS I had chicken pox 4 years ago and then he said I dont need varicella and he just marked on my varicella VH,,,without have my blood tested...and he marked that my vaccination met the requiremtns..fingers crossed now :s

my DS-3025 on varicella box wasnt marekd as VH but just check and year i got chicken pox..i wonder that's why i got RFE for AOS asking for varicella shot??

I think they need objective evidence. When I went to my CS, he said I needed a blood test to really show evidence that I had chickenpox, and not just go with saying it. They need objective, real, concise evidence that's why I had to do a blood test really confirming that I don't need the vaccine anymore.
