I sent my I-130 at the end of september and received the notification letter. The 'processing time' on the USCIS page posted on Nov. says the processing time is 6 mo. On the eve of X-mas my wife gave us a big baby boy. Can anyone help me what to do next? I checked the embassy web and said that i have to be there in person to ontify the birth of our new baby. thanks for ur help.

I applied for the I-130 for my wife at the end of September '08 and our baby was just born on the eve of X-Mas. Is there any one there to give me a heads-up what is next? Thanks.

We were denied K-1 visa last year. We got married in April and are expecting in early '09. I have applied in September and waiting again. Wish us luck.
