  1. Can anyone tell me how long it takes to get a visa corrected? My fiance got her visa for her and her children. Both children are boys. One of the boys' visas shows him as a female and it is submitted for correction. Does anyone know how long this will take? It is in the Philippines. Thanks

  2. Hey folks my first day using this site, hopefully it will come in useful!

I came here mostly to try and find some people who may have had experience with RHC Visa services and am hoping to find some one whos experience with them has been better than my own.

Sadly I cant get them to do any thing, I have been struggling with them just to fill out my K-3 visa forms and I have pretty much given up hope that they are going to help in the slightest bit, It has cost me 3,500 dollars and whats worse I have lost 7 plus months that could have been spent with my family.

Now it looks like I am going to have to do it myself, I have seen some negative posts and some positive ones and would like to hear if you think hiring a "pro" is worth it.

I also wish I had found this web site before giving Tod Schlosser at RHC Visa Services my money! ($1800)

After a more than a year of frustration with his mis-representation, mistakes, and absolutely HORRID customer concern, we were today DENIED the visa, for a minor omission of evidence that we were not told to prepare. Now we are looking at another 3 months in purgatory while our paperwork floats it's way to the top of the stack.

The last straw was today when I tried to e-mail him with the bad news, but he has BLOCKED MY ADDRESS FROM HIS INBOX!! So much for any implied guarantee of satisfaction.

He talks a good talk, and has a convincing website, but there is little substance behind it. I would like to find an effective way of saving others the expense, frustration, and grief we have experienced.

Gamal, I'm not sure if I'm responding to you, this website is a mess and totally confusing to navigate on. Did you email me? Again, I'm not sure if I'm writing to the right person due to the confusing nature of this poorly designed website. Let me know if I have the right person.

David and Carrie, I also have had a bad experience with RHC Visa Services. Please contact me. Thanks

I am currently using RHC Visa Right now and Tod is worthless. He takes forever to respond back, His associates overseas had problems and delayed things, I have been trying to get a visa for about 2 years!!! If you want someone to join you to take down Tod, I am in! He is a worthless human. My interview is May 13 and thank God for sites like this to help us with better details. Send me an email if you want to talk more about it musicgeek44@yahoo.com or leave me a message.

  3. Why would anyone hire an attorney for a visa? You can get all the info you need here in VJ

Somes cases are complex and require in-depth knowledge of immigration law.

As for the bar review, don't count on this as 100% effective, attorneys have complaints to state governing bar association all the time.

So it's better to do nothing? I know for a fact bar complaints are very very effective if you have a legitimate complaint. Bad attorneys count on you doing nothing, that's how they rip you off!!

  4. I'm adding this thread to advise anyone that is or has used an attorney to obtain a visa and/or annulment and has been defrauded, lied to, or represented in anything but a professional manner there is a remedy in law that will provide justice and very likely will enable you to obtain a refund of funds. It's a very simple process and takes little time to accomplish. You simply contact the Bar Association of the state the attorney is licensed in, request a formal complaint (most cases can be done right over the internet), fill in the blanks and return to the Bar Association. That simple. No fee is charged. Don't take abuse laying down!

If anyone has been misrepresented or taken advantage of by RHC Visa Services out of Illinois the following information will provide you the pathway to a remedy:

    https://www.iardc.org/howtorequest.html

Click the above link, when it opens up just click on this link: Request for Investigation Form

That's all there is to it. Just fill out the form and fax to 312-565-2320 Attention: Complaint

That's it. If you need assistance you can call 312-540-5297, someone at that number will help.

There crooks they took 2900 didn't do anything didn't return my emails or phone calls when I got denied. He gave bad advice to cause me to get denied then tried to soak me for more money by trying to get me to pay him to do a K3 visa after he failed at the K1.

Bryon, thanks for the reply. Did you pursue any action against this crook? I know of a few others that want to file a class action lawsuit against him. Very probable that most attorneys would take the case on a contingency so no one has to spend a dime. Also, there are some other remedies that can be done in the meantime. Let me know your thoughts. TIA

  13. You can only get annulment when you file here in Philippines. The procedure should be done here in Philippines.

Thanks, I'm aware of that. RHC Visa Services has offices in the Fils. My question was, have you or anyone on this board used RHC?
