Hello everyone! Just want to ask some helpful informations about petitioning a brother or sister if i will be living in Canada. Do i need to be a citizen there before i can petition a brother or sister? For how many years will the process will take? If anyone here have experience and had knowledge abt it i appreciate your kindness in sharing it here.

Adobe Reader has a tool call typewriter!

Open your g-325a.pdf file

click on Tools

drag the mouse to Typewriter

click on Show Typewriter Toolbar

that tool allows you to write over any part of the form

and you can change the size of the text , spaces and font.

I can t found this typewritter in my tools...

I just want to ask if you had experienced this when you filled out the Form G-325A with the infomation needed like the dates or place it will not be shown the exact info that is being filled. Instead you can read part of the info and a black box with + sign on it. Do you think the USCIS can read the infos when it appears not completely printed? What shall I do on this?

Hello everyone...I enter US through K1 visa. Now i am working on AOS. I cuncurrently apply for I-765, application for Employment Authorization. In number 16 question i am confuse what to put in it.. Can u giv esome idea? I am confuse whether it is ©(9) or (a)(6).

I arrive here in New Mexico on June 22, 2009 on the following day June 23, together with my fiance, i applied for SS Card. I presented the passport, I-94 and birth certificate. After 10 days i received the SS card. Now we got married on July 1,2009 so again we went to SS admin to aplly for the change of my family name with my new family name. I presented the Passport, I-94 and Marriage license...there i was given the card after 10 days.

There's no need to wait for EAD approval before you can apply for SS card.

Hello, just want to ask if my hubby ( petitioner) will also be required to submit G-325A and passport style photos? Just confuse.

write "to be determined" which means you don't know yet. Listing "visiting family in case of emergency" is perfectly fine.

We wrote "Not determined at this point" (most folks don't have a date in mind at the time of completing this form; you can generalize) then we checked 'multiple trips.'

Hello everyone, I am applying for I-485, I-765 and I-131. I have questions about the I-131 for Advance Parole Document.

Part 3 - in no.1 Do i need to put the date I intented to depart US? What is the allowable length of trip? I am not familiar and i have been looking for something to read about it.

Part 7- What for intance will i write to explain why should i be given an advance parole document? What circumstances? Do you think stating like...visit family in the Philippines in case of emergency_ would be considered? What other situations i may state? Help me please.

Part 7 no.1 What is the best box that i may check? the one trip or the more than one trip?

Yes, I got through 2 hours ago, 10 min before 8 am Manila time. I have read that the best time to call is between 7:30 and 8:00 am Manila time.

I am 108 on Igors list.

And seems that CSC got some approvals done this week despite having a short one.

you have to update your timeline, once you have done this, you will automatically be placed on "Igor's List"
