it from the mail...pls help...

the ques. that was asked to my husband was jst basics like who is the benefiaciary, age, the petitioner, wedding date..

when and how long we have known each other.....

Hi zvs Para cgurado, mag fill up ka na lng. Just in case na hanapan yng husband mo ng Consul, meron sya maipapakita. Paiba iba din kc yng hinahanap ng Consul. I also brought my husband's later ITR. I over prepared nga the documents that i brought to my interview. Pero CENOMAR at Proof of ongoing relationship lng ang hiningi skn. Does your husband already has his CENOMAR/CENMAR/MARRIAGE INDEX?

Did the instructions specifically ask for the 2008 tax file?

it only says that as a reminder, if a sponsor filed i-864 and provided the nvc with proof of an irs, the applicant must bring

the sponsor's most recent federal income tax return....i didnt file for 2008 yet..was waiting to file it in april...

could use 2007tax transcript

i jst received the letter for my husband for his schedule interview and i read he has to bring my recent income tax which i didnt file it yet...

i was planning of filing it on april..would that cost a delay on my husband's visa..thanks guys for the help....

It's better to go to St.Lukes after 12:00 noon. He'll beat the morning crowds at SLEC then.

by 6-8 am to get seen for the day..is that true?

Depends on what time of the day... After 7am, you'd pretty much have to spare 30-45 mins. Before that would be only for 20mins

do we have to get all of those stuff again...i dont think we need to coz we submitted it through NVC...i think the cenomar is the one that we have to get to bring to the interview...pls. correct me if am wrong..thankz...

all that i listed is just based on what i read here in visa journey... i just want to be prepared for whatever the consul asks me. (paranoid)
