This G-325A form is ridiculous. Almost every box is too small to fit any information in. Even simple boxes that ask you to write a year - writing in "2008" appears to be too long and when you print it out it puts a big "+" symbol over the box making everything unreadable.
So far I have these symbols on the following boxes:
- Date, City and Country of Birth (If known)
- Applicant's residence last five years: City + Year From + Year To
- Applicant's employment last five years: Year From + Year To
Did the DHS even bother to fill this form in and test its usefulness before making it available to the public? As if this process isn't difficult enough already.
Any suggestions or help on this? Did anyone experience this at all? Adobe doesn't let you shrink the text size!!
Thanks

My A# was written on the K3 Visa stamp on my passport.
Hello all,
On the reverse of my I-94 I only have (handwritten)
N########## (ten digits)
then
P-#-##### (1 then 5 digits)
(# = a number)
I am here on a J1 visa but got married on the 23rd Dec.
Is this "N" number my Alien Registration Number?
Thanks for your help

Hello, hope this is an appropriate place to ask this - it is related to the I-130 form:
In box 22: "Your relative is in the US and will apply for AOS to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in:"
As I will be filing the I-130, I-485 concurrently - do I simply put:
City: Chicago
State: IL
As that is where the form instructions tell me to send these forms?
Just checking that I don't put "Jacksonville FL" - just because they're near to me... do I?
Thanks.

Hello all, I have just registered here. I have already searched the boards for a specific answer but couldn't find anything 100%.
I appreciate all help / input, so thank you in advance:
1) Question 10 on the I-765 asks for your I-94 number - I am here on a J1 visa, I have found an "Nxxxxxxx" number which is on both my I94 in my passport and on my J1 visa form - can you confirm this is the number i'm supposed to put in this field?
2) Question 16 wants me to fill in the brackets: I know I fall into category C9 (recently married to US Citizen) - but how do I format in the fields they've given me:
The form has:
"( ) ( ) ( )"
Do I just put:
"( ) ( ) (C9)"
It gives examples but they don't align themselves with this stupid brackets.
Thank you for your time and help!

I'm spending today doing the 3rd or 4th recheck of all our documents. Will file sometime this month.
Married 23rd Dec, I'm on a J1 visa, She's obviously US Citizen.....my head hurts already. I hate this process already!!!
Let the bureaucracy begin.
