Approval in the mail today greencard ordered to arrive in 60 days. No interview needed! Admission date- 12/2006 filed last year in Nov for adjustment of status, biometrics in Dec, and now approval!!! Yay for me, now where are the two seperate childrens approvals.........

Well- have done mine and had the photo and fingerprints done, but was ordered to wait on the kiddos due to dates being 60 days apart. I am getting thiers together now and was wondering should I just resend the same packet with my info? The kids are 9. I am aware they need the fee each seperate...yuck, but since they are 9 what the heck do I include in the packet? ANyone else done it this was before? Could use the advice please. Thanx.

Got my NOA for the 751, nice took 11 days from the VErmont office but have a question.

THis 2 Ks's that I sent in along with my package +the biometrics fee for $80.00 each they sent the checks back......The letter says they cannot be included in the joint pet filed by the parent due to not having aquired conditional resident status concurrently with the parent (yes it took thier stupid greencards 5 extra months !)

And they are telling me to file a seprate pet (751) with the PROPER FEE OF $ 545.00!!!! What the? I was under the impression that they file with my eveidence, and what not + the bio fee of $80.00 and I guess I was wrong?

Any advice? Do I send the whole pack over again 90 before the card expires for them? Then pay the fee of 545 each! Or re submit with the +fee of $80 for biometrics.......are they going to send me for biometrics then send them at a later date cause Charlotte is 6hrs away for crying out load. Help please to figure this out.

Hi all- just wondering if you all applied for a Canadaian passport for a new baby recently? I am due in May 2009 and this will be a US birth to a Canadian mom.....daddy is US citizen. How long did it take to get a US passport and then a Canadian one? I figure at least 3 months to get the US one. Any one do this in the past couple moonths for a time line?

I had biometrics done after the 1st AOS before the actual greencard 2 years ago....so I guess we all have to do it again for the 2nd card? Seems silly to me but hey the whole thing is a pain in the butt.

Too bad the place is so far away for us, 6 hrs sucks.

Hey all-

Does this packet need to be sent to recive a signature when arriving? Do I send it priority mail? What way did you send yours? Mine is heading to Vermont.......
