  1. If the content does not describe the evolution of your relationship, then it is useless to prove that point."'

i do agree100% with you on this . Thank you for good input appreciated.

As said quality counts VS quantity just to provide some more clear in my previous feedback . I was simply looking for how to arrange different aspects of documents in regards to that if some one has good example that what i was looking for and i got those answers

  2. Thank you responding,

But how do you packaged that as you said you were in contact for almost 3 years

you many have send EMails/ Skype logs and phone records

    When you assempbles those records

    Do you separate your

    2014 one file for skype

    2014 2nd files for emails

2014 3 rd file phones records

or you make 1 file for 2014 and mix your chat/email/phones records and make 1 file for 2014 so as for 2013 and beyond..

  3. Hello Everyone.

This might be dumb question ,but just curious

If a relationship proof is available of last 2 years .that proof is in form of chats/skype/phones/email logs.

How do you put those things together is it

    Let suppose i provide 5 pages for each call/chats/skype logs 2014, 2013

Should i make cover for each and put

    1 file > skype 2014 > 5 pages

    2> >calls 2014 > 5 pages

    3> chats 2014 5 pages

or 1 file 2014 and mix them and order by months.

if some one has good example or better idea i will be happy to follow that .

Thank yo for reading post and providing feedback in advance.

    2014,

    chats (random months )

  4. I agrree with you ,but my point is simple that VIsa journey information does not seems to be aligned with USCIS current requirments there it does not say.....!

This is only following information i see in requirments page does not say anywhere else if some one knows better link let me know

    Eligibility Requirements

If you petition for a fiancé(e) visa, you must show that:

    • You (the petitioner) are a U.S. citizen.
    • You intend to marry within 90 days of your fiancé(e) entering the United States.
    • You and your fiancé(e) are both free to marry and any previous marriages must have been legally terminated by divorce, death, or annulment.
    • You met each other, in person, at least once within 2 years of filing your petition. There are two exceptions that require a waiver:
      1. If the requirement to meet would violate strict and long-established customs of your or your fiancé(e)’s foreign culture or social practice.
      2. If you prove that the requirement to meet would result in extreme hardship to you.

note : my question is directly do i require to submit passport size photo of my fiance while filing i129 ?

i know as petitoner i have to file G-325 ,but do i have to file on behalf of my Fiance while filing i129f

G-325A filled out by the foreign fiance(e) with their information, signed and dated

  6. I have read post about k1 guide i am confuse on following requirments any help would be appreciated.

    5. Original statements (from both the US Citizen and foreign fiance) certifying an intent to marry within 90 days of entering the US on a valid K-1. (see example)

Does this has to be original sign of my fiance. or scanned copy is valid

    9. G-325A filled out by the foreign fiance(e) with their information, signed and dated (see example).

    10. One passport-type photo (see specification) of the foreign fiance(e). Write the full name of the foreign fiance(e) on the back. Place in a plastic bag and label the bag "Photo of (insert foreign fiance(e) name) ". Attach the bag to a sheet of paper and place behind the corresponding G-325a.

IS that required at time of filling of 129 ? iam confuse dont see on uscis webiste on visa journey
