  1. I had the same thing happen. we have the same time line and the same M. Hazuda signed for my packet also... I got that email on the 20th feb, i called in and they transfered me to a woman that said mine actually was not transfered but she secretly told me it was approved... so i checked the mail on the 25th cause the update didnt change and the NOA2 was in the mail. My online status still says the same thing about being transfered.

    Hi Guys,

We just received an email from the USCIS today (attached below)

We contacted USCIS (via phone) who confirmed it had been transferred, but could not confirm to which office.

Subsequently the customer service rep transferred the call to an officer who advised the same information, it was transferred, but could not confirm which office. Anybody else had experience of this? On average and from experience could this signify a delay?

Thought it strange they could not confirm the office it was transferred to. Is this just standard procedure? Any insight or previous experiences would be welcome.

    Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

  2. Hi Guys,

We just received an email from the USCIS. Is this a standard touch? Or is it a notification our case is being transferred to another service center?

  7. Hello everyone,

I had a couple questions and appreciate any help or answers... I sent my I-129F to the vermont service center on oct 28th and they received it the next day (signed by M. hazuda) I still have not gotten my NOA1..?? I am starting to worry a little bit because after looking at other timelines i see everyone getting them within 2 weeks. I am at 1 month today... is that normal. I called and the lady told me that it can take 30 to 45 days and i shouldnt call back till after that time passes.. I cant track it because i used a money order.... i just need a little advice or some good news hopefully... Thanks again...

  8. welcome to vj may ur journey be swift and problem free.......

most of the time it looks like u will receive ur no2 between 4 and 6 months some of us got caught in some messed up back log or something........ but most dont have a long wait........ :)

    Good luck

    sara

    Hey sara,

I see by your timeline it has taken some time. I sent my I-129f on oct 28th on next day mail and i got a conformation from usps that a M. hazuda signed for it. I have not got my noa1 and its almost a month. I look at everyone elses timeline and it seems like they got it so fast. I used a money order i was wondering if you had any insight as to why it would take so long??? i am asking you cause you seem to have called in and talked to them. I called and they told me that until it is 30 to 45 days they cant do anything. Thanks for any help....

  9. Yes, you should get the official looking NOA1 about 10 days after they receive it.

The fastest way to get your case number would be that it's stamped on the back

of your canceled check. They cash it electronically, so if you have internet access

to your bank account, you should see it in about 2 days.

    John

    Hey john,

i sent my form in on the 28th of october and i have received nothing yet. should i be freaking out??? or can this be normal? I have been checking the mail everyday excited only to be disappointed. I was just gonna ask this question and i saw it was already being talked about. anything you or anyone else has would be great....
