  1. Anyone who went threw this experience please take time to help me.

I recently got my NOA2 Approval letter in the mail and yesterday I received a letter from National Visa center.

The letter explains that my fiance will receive a packet with instructions from the consular section.

Also a URL was given for me to determine if the processing post has any information of which I should be aware of.

I already visited the site and selected the country US embassy that the interview will take place, but after that the site told me "The selected US Embassy/ Consulate General has no location- specific guideline."

So my question is, do I have to summit a I-134 Affidavit of Support for my fiance to take to the interview?

I found my information from the k-1 guide from this site. Link below.

  2. My I129 petition was received at USCIS Nov 26 2008 and i received a letter I-797C, Notice of Action.

On the letter says "Notice Type: Receipt Notice"

    Is this the NOA1??

Today I received in another letter stating notice type: "Approval Notice".

also saying the NVC processing should be complete within two to four weeks after receiving the petition from USCIS.

    Is this my NOA2??

  3. are you sending the actual boardpass stubs or photo copys? I worry they might loose it and request it again.

Also does the G-325A form from my fiance have to be signed and dated before sent with I-129F Form to the USCIS?

I ask because in the I-129F instructions it says.

"Submit a completed and signed Form G-325A (Biographic Information) for you and a completed and signed Form G-325A for your Fiance(e). Except for name and signature, you do not have to reapeat on the Biographic Information form the information given on your Form 1-129F."

  4. So does my fiance and I have to type a declaration of how we met in person in the last two years? or just me?

So can this Original statements certifying an intent to marry be typed, signed, copyed and then e-mailed to me to be used?

Reason I ask is because she is still in South Korea and I am in the States.

    Last Q.

Can the Original statements certifying an intent to marry we as simple as the examle form shown here?

    Thank you.
